Orientation Training Held for First-Year Students at Our Faculty.

The orientation programme organised for students enrolled in our Faculty for the 2025-2026 academic year began with a welcome speech by the Dean of our Faculty, Prof. Dr. Ziya İlhan.

This was followed by Associate Dean Assoc. Prof. Dr. Muharrem Erol, who introduced our Faculty and provided information about its future vision. Associate Dean Assoc. Prof. Dr. Murad Gürses, responsible for student affairs at our Faculty, gave a comprehensive presentation to students on academic and administrative processes. The presentation covered many topics, including the academic calendar, course schedules, the student information system, examination processes, and social and cultural opportunities.

As part of the orientation programme, undergraduate advisors Dr. Lecturer Nisanur Ektik Sezen and Dr. Lecturer Hasan Susar also met with the students. Later in the programme, the students visited the Laboratory Animal Care and Production Centre and the Animal Husbandry Research and Application Centre to learn about these units.

The orientation training was conducted with the aim of helping students quickly adapt to faculty life and become aware of academic processes.
