2025-2026 Academic Year Autumn Semester Transfer Evaluation Results Based on Academic Performance: Reserve Candidates Eligible for Registration (Group 1)

Documents Required for Registration

1- Application form (Click Here for a sample application form).

2- Transcript (an official document obtained from the university where the student is currently enrolled, showing all courses taken and the grades received for these courses. (The document must be wet-signed, electronically signed, or obtained from E-Devlet).

3- Course Contents (The student will download the contents of all courses they have successfully completed from their current university's information package in PDF format and send them to veteriner@balikesir.edu.tr on the day they come for registration.)

5- Student Certificate (must be approved by the university where the student is currently enrolled or obtained from E-Devlet)

6- Document stating that the student has not received any disciplinary penalties. (Approved by the university where the student is currently enrolled. May be written on the transcript.)

7- Document stating that there is no obstacle to the student's horizontal transfer. (Must be certified by the university where the student is currently enrolled)

8- ÖSYM Result Certificate and ÖSYM Placement Certificate (internet printout) for the year in which the applicant enrolled in their current university/programme

9- Copy of identity card

10- Photograph (1 copy).
