2025 - 2026 Academic Year: Second Group of Reserve Candidates Eligible for Horizontal Transfer Registration Based on Academic Performance
The registration period for Group 2 reserve candidates is between 9 and 10 September 2025.
Registrations will be conducted in person or by a person authorised by a notary public during office hours between 08:00 and 17:00 at the Student Affairs Office.
Students who register must enrol in courses via OBS and pay the Contribution Fee/Tuition Fee within the periods specified in the Balıkesir University 2025-2026 Academic Year Academic Calendar.
Documents Required for Registration

2- Transcript (An official document obtained from the university where the student is currently enrolled, showing all courses taken and the grades received for these courses. (It must be a wet-signed or electronically signed document or obtained from E-Devlet).
3- Course Contents (The student will download the contents of all courses they have successfully completed from the information package of the university where they are currently enrolled as a PDF and send it to veteriner@balikesir.edu.tr on the day they come to register.)
5- Student Certificate (must be approved by the university where the student is currently enrolled or obtained from E-Devlet)
6- Document confirming that the student has not received any disciplinary penalties. (Must be certified by the university where the student is currently enrolled. May be included in the transcript.)
7- Document confirming that there are no obstacles preventing the student from transferring. (Must be certified by the university where the student is currently enrolled)
