Students wishing to apply for the single course exam must submit a signed application form by 11 February 2026. (Applications submitted after 11 February 2026 will not be accepted.)

Students must submit their letters of application in person to the Student Affairs Unit. Students who are unable to apply in person may send their applications to the email address veteriner@balikesir.edu.tr (In-person applications can be made during office hours).

In accordance with Article 19, Paragraph 3) of the Balıkesir University Education, Teaching and Examination Regulations:

Students who have fulfilled the attendance and practical requirements for all courses except for their internship but have received an FF grade in a single course, or who have passed all courses but cannot achieve the required 2.00 GPA to graduate, provided that the grade obtained in this examination will enable them to raise their GPA to at least 2.00, are granted the right to take a single course examination in a course of their choice on the dates specified in the academic calendar. To pass the single course examination, a minimum grade of DD is required. The midterm examination grade is not taken into account in determining this letter grade.
