From the Classroom to the Field: A Journey in Practical Training with Our Students

Students from our faculty, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr Hakan Tavşanlı, paid a technical visit to the municipal abattoir to observe practical training first-hand.
During the visit, the students received detailed information from officials regarding the slaughtering processes, hygiene regulations and food safety practices at the abattoir. Having the opportunity to observe their theoretical knowledge in practice, the students were able to enhance their professional experience.
