Mental Health Discussion at Our Faculty

A mental health discussion themed ‘Take Care of Myself’ was held for first-year students at our faculty by Sümeyye KOÇ, Social Worker at the Altıeylül District Health Directorate.
During the event, students were informed about stress management, self-care habits, emotional awareness, and psychosocial support resources.
