Technical Visit with Our Faculty Students

Students from our faculty undertook a technical visit to the municipal abattoir, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr Hakan Tavşanlı, to observe practical training in action.
During the visit, the students received detailed information from officials regarding the slaughtering processes, hygiene regulations and food safety practices at the abattoir.
Having the opportunity to observe their theoretical knowledge in practice, the students were able to enhance their professional experience.
We would like to thank the municipal officials and everyone involved for their contribution to the educational process.
